THE LODGE AT MYRTLEBERRY

A deposit of one third the total amount is required to confirm a provisional booking with the balance due two months before the commencement of the holiday.  Bookings made within two months of the commencement of the holiday must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Up to two well-behaved dogs (or other pets!) are welcome though not allowed in the bedrooms.  An additional charge of £20 per week is made if bringing a dog. Occasionally we will allow more than two dogs - contact us to enquire.

We strongly recommend that you treat your dog against ticks and have them wormed to protect Exmoor's sheep.

The Lodge is available all year and is normally booked weekly. However short breaks are possible out of the high season, and can start on any day of the week. Please contact us for rates.

The Lodge has a maximum capacity of six people. Exceptions can be made on request for 1 additional child up to 5 years old, but an additional charge of £50 will be made.

Also, we can sometimes make an additional two bedrooms available in the main house for larger groups of up to 11 people - see below.

As we have so many returning guests The Lodge can get booked up a long time in advance. Please don't hesitate to ask for future availability even if the calendar is not shown here.
